2) After 5 minutes, it will automatically extinguish the screen without operation, and press any key to wake up.
3) For the code state and self-locking state, any key is useless, must be unlocked first, if the code state; Press the "CH" key for a long time to exit.

2. The colar and system is in low battery, needs to be charged.

3. The receiver has been totally immersed into water for a long time without the charging port well sealed. This will cause malfunction.

How can I know the system can work normally?

To ensure the system operates normally, follow these detailed testing steps after referring to the instruction video and user manual.

Preparations: Fully charge the transmitter and receiver, then screw in the receiver's metal contact points (do not attach silicone caps).

1. Power On Devices

  • Press the Power Button on both the receiver and transmitter to turn them on.

2. Prevent Transmitter Self-Locking

  • Ensure the transmitter does not enter self-locking mode during the test (refer to the manual for unlocking steps if triggered).

3. Enter Dog Training Mode

  • Press the Mode Button to switch to Dog Training Mode.

4. Test Beep/Vibration Function (Pairing Check)

  • Press the Beep/Vibration Button, use the +/- Buttons to set the intensity level, then press Beep/Vibration Button again.
  • Indicator of Success: If the receiver beeps or vibrates, it confirms successful pairing with the transmitter.

5. Test Shocking Function (with Test Bulb)

  • Attach the test bulb to the receiver's metal contact points.
  • Press the Shock Button, adjust the level with +/- Buttons, then press Shock Button again.
  • Indicator of Success: If the test bulb lights up, the shocking function is working properly.

6. Test Wireless Fence Mode (Radius Setting)

  • In Dog Training Mode, press the Mode Button again to switch to Wireless Fence Mode.
  • Use +/- Buttons to set the radius, then place the transmitter in an open area (no obstacles between transmitter and receiver).
  • Attach the test bulb to the receiver, carry the receiver, and walk away from the transmitter.
  • Indicator of Success: As you walk towards the set radius, the receiver should first beep, then vibrate, and finally shock when crossing the radius.

Key Notes

  • Obstacle-Free Environment: Ensure no objects block the signal between the transmitter and receiver, as this may disrupt communication.
  • Test Bulb Requirement: Always use the test bulb when testing the shock function to avoid accidental stimulation.
  • Refer to Manual: If issues arise, revisit the user manual and the instruction video.
  • Friendly Reminder:
    1. Proper fit of the collar is important! A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet's neck may cause skin irritation. The receiver collar should fit snugly yet be sufficiently loose to allow one finger to fit between the strap and your pet’s neck.
    2. Please make sure to use the conductive silicone set, this will protect the dog's skin to a certain extent, but it does not affect the electric shock function.
    3. Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 18 hours per day. If possible, reposition the collar on the pet's neck every 1 to 2 hours.
    4. We suggest not using the shock function except in an emergency. When using the shock function, Level 1 should be tried first and then the level should be gradually increased as necessary.
    5. If the collar is too long, please cut off the excessive portion. It is pretty easy to get a burn edge after the cut. Use a lighter to melt the burr edge.
    6. If your dog has thick hair on the neck, please use longer screw caps.
    7. Use the electric shock to test the bulb.
